To refill, carefully remove the black insert and add BCare Lash and Brow Serum. Reposition the insert and dip the wand into the serum. Apply directly to your lashes and brows. Reapply as needed until you see small droplets on the hairs. For best results, use every nigth to promote healthier, fuller lashes and brows.
